Mr Plowright has extensive experience in the resource sector, having a background in mining law and administration, as well as regulatory process and mine development. Mr Plowright has held board and senior management positions in both Australia and South Korea. Mr Plowright was previously the General Manager of Approvals and Land Access for Atlas Iron Pty Ltd from 2006 - 2011.

Mr Plowright is an experienced executive with over 25 years’ experience in finance, commercial and technical development within the mining and exploration industry. Mr Plowright has held global Operational and corporate roles with Gindalbie Metals Ltd, Mt Edon Gold Ltd, Pacmin Mining, Atlas Iron Ltd, Tigris Gold (South Korea) and Westland Titanium (New Zealand).

Imran is a trustworthy, experienced businessman with great integrity, who is highly respected by Royal families, Presidents and Government officials he has worked with . Having been involved in numerous business dealings and transactions around the globe, his multi-lingual skills and honesty have assisted in building many networks of high value in the 88 countries he has visited since his career began as a qualified Marine Engineer.

Imran has been instrumental in various companies, including a diamond mine in Sierra Leone and a Visa migration business in Australia. Along with his many other leadership roles, Imran's external roles include Chairman of Imran Trading Group, a Director with White Sands Mining Group, and Maxiolus, an Australian owned company.

John is a Chartered Accountant holding a Master of Taxation. He has over 20 years’ experience in dealing with Australian taxation matters and was critical to the education of clients in the implementation of A new tax system (Goods and Services Tax) Act 1999.

John maintains a keen personal and professional interest in agri-business-based industries where his significant commercial and tax experience are used to develop and implement the management and corporate structures for current and future enterprises. John consults and advises organisations throughout Australia, including government and industry groups, taking the role of facilitator and specialist adviser.

Prof. Mishiki Buhini is a practicing lawyer in the mining sector, has held previous Ministerial Deputy Directorship roles within numerous DRC Ministries, and is the sole representative of White Sands Mining Group within the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Additionally, Prof. Mishiki Buhini has previously lobbied various public institutions to further benefit the DRC communities, as well as being actively involved in sustainable development and environmental equity. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration, a Law Degree, as well as a Bachelor in Math Physics. He uses these skills and talents to serve on numerous boards of charitable organisations to further serve his community. Prof. Mishiki Buhini is well connected within the DRC diplomatic missions and has served as the UN Ambassador for Africa for renewable engery.

Mr Formby is a design and construction specialist with expertise in large projects including hospitals, shopping complexes, and high rise apartments with over 22 years practical experience.

Mr Amaral has many years experience in international commerce and is both well versed in commercial matters, and well established within the industry. Mr Amaral is the Managing Director of Kangaroo Waste Management Consultancy and spearheads all initiatives from inception through to completion.

Possessing over 30 years experience in both shore and sea based senior management, business development, and operational positions in marine, oil & gas, and shipping industries across South East Asia and Australia. Mr Amaril has also built a strong network of professional connections within the marine, dry bulk, and oil & gas industries as a result of his extensive experience in large corporations across various sectors. In addition to Mr Amarils technical expertise, he also has accomplished business development and general management responsibilities for a multi-billion dollar production facility in North West Australia..

Kabir Osman is a Mining engineer with over 25 years’ experience in operational, consulting and corporate roles. Kabir has worked in Australia and Overseas, covering a range of commodities including gold, nickel, copper, iron ore, coal and others.

Arthur Birkner is an industrial Chemist and Geologist with over 30 years experience in geological exploration and mining with a focus on base metals like Nickel, Gold and heavy minerals. Arthur has held positions as Director in several ASX listed companies. More notably, Arthur developed the Biron hydrothermal Emerald, which is now produced in Hong Kong and distributed worldwide to the jewellery industry.
